The Block in Downtown Calgary

The Block on 17th Avenue saw Avi Urban create a unique townhome opportunity for professionals looking for work space in the inner city.

Completed in 2014. The Block is a boutique four storey development featuring a collection of 60 apartments and townhomes off 17th Avenue SW. The inclusion of the live/work townhomes was a direct result of a market need to both live and work within the same space.
