Completed in 2008, the development consists of 142 SE Calgary townhomes in 25 buildings, made up of groupings of four and six homes. Each home is connected by an intricate pathway system and a central, elaborately landscaped courtyard.
Nestled in the southeast Calgary community of Lake Chaparral, StoneWater townhomes were built to maximize south and west exposure. Designed on two unit types; the three-story interior units featuring double-car under drive garages and patio space overlooking the courtyard, and the two-story exterior units featured single rear attached garages with private backyards.
Sleek and contemporary interior finishes gave these homes an urban flare that attracted many buyers who were previously only considering homes within the urban core. Downsizers and young professionals have all found their home in this one-of-a-kind development. StoneWater Calgary townhomes were also a finalist for 2008 Multi-Family Community of the Year.
