The Branches in Walden

Completed in 2011, The Branches contains 38 street-oriented Calgary SE townhomes in groupings of four and six. Offering five unique floor plans ranging in size from 1,100 – 1,400 square feet, and incredible features like 12’ master bedroom ceilings, double-car detached garages and private backyards, The Branches redefined what multi-family design could be.
Decidedly modern, the architectural styling of this development pushes the boundaries with a streetscape designed independently from the interior floor plans. Through this, the team at Avi Urban created a way for customers to select from model configurations without hindering the streetscape – an innovation almost unheard of in multi-family design.
