COMMISSION STRUCTURE
All quick-possession and presale homes are paid 3.5% on the first $100K and 1.5% on the balance (house and land) pre-GST.
100% commission will be paid within 30 days after firm sale on all completed quick-possession homes and within 30 days after closing on presales and all quick-possession homes under construction.
