Thank You for Your Trust — Recognized for Homeowner Experience
We’re excited to share that Homes by Avi has been awarded the 2026 AvidCX Benchmark Award, a national recognition presented to homebuilders who rank among the top 25% in the country for homeowner satisfaction during the move-in experience.
Based entirely on verified homeowner feedback collected during the first 90 days of homeownership, this award reflects the experience of the people who matter most: our homeowners.
To everyone who has chosen Homes by Avi, thank you for allowing us to be part of your homeownership journey. We are honoured to build homes designed around the way people live and remain committed to continually improving the experience we deliver.
Celebrating This Recognition With You
As a thank you for that trust, we’re also excited to introduce a limited-time referral program. When you refer friends or family to Homes by Avi and they purchase a home, you’ll receive $5,000 as our way of thanking you for talking us up!
