We are also honoured to receive the 2025 BILD Alberta Community Service Award. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our 207 employees in Edmonton and Calgary who volunteered their time and energy to local charities and schools, supporting our three community engagement pillars: Education Benefiting the Homebuilding Industry, Community Health & Wellness, and The Fight to End Homelessness. It’s not just about building homes, it’s about building community.

The celebration continues with even more exciting news. The Gregory has earned its second award, the 2025 BILD Alberta Award for Best Single Family Home (1,700–1,800 sq. ft.). This CHBA-certified Net Zero National Award-winning home blends timeless farmhouse charm with modern efficiency, proving that style, comfort, and sustainability can live together under one roof. A big congratulations to our design and construction teams for bringing this home to life.
