We’re delighted to announce the winner of our 18th annual Stampede Dream Home Artist Contest.
Moody Retro Organic
Step into the 2025 Dream Home, where a bold yet inviting aesthetic blends charm with modern sophistication. The farmhouse-inspired exterior sets the tone with timeless appeal, while inside, smokey greys and earthy browns create a cozy, grounded atmosphere.
Striking black and gold fixtures add a touch of elegance, perfectly contrasting with organic textures and clean lines. Porcelain surfaces featured throughout the home provide a sleek and seamless retro vibe with contemporary comfort. This is a space designed to feel both nostalgic and refreshingly new—a true Dream Home for today’s modern lifestyle.

Homes by Avi is honored to once again build the 2025 Stampede Lottery Dream Home in support of The Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park. For over 28 years, we have proudly partnered with the Calgary Stampede to bring this iconic home to life. Each year, the Dream Home welcomes over 100,000 visitors from around the world during the 10-day event, providing an incredible platform to showcase our featured artist while celebrating Calgary’s vibrant community.
