We are looking for the 2024 Dream Home Kid Artist!
Calling all future Picassos and Monets! Want to be a superstar and show off your super cool art? Enter the 2024 Dream Home Kid’s Artist Contest!
This is your chance to share your masterpieces with thousands of visitors from all over the world! Plus, you could win awesome prizes and be part of the Greatest Outdoor Show On Earth! How cool is that?
Kids
This year, we’re celebrating the things that make our neighbourhood a great place to live!
Draw or Paint an 8″ x 11″ (letter size) picture of what makes a safe neighbourhood or community.
- Is it the friendly faces you see at the park or playground?
- Maybe it’s the fire fighter teaching you about fire safety, or a police officer ready to help, or the superhero crossing guard who always waves and helps get you to school safely!
- Is it the safe activities you see? Riding bikes with helmets, kids using the crosswalk with a friendly crossing guard waving, and maybe even your neighbours out for a walk with their dogs (on leashes, of course!)
- Does your neighbourhood have a special spot that makes you feel safe? Maybe it’s a cozy library or a community center where you practice ballet or play basketball or hockey.
Let your imagination run wild and show us your vision of a safe and happy community!

Parents
The contest runs from June 13th to June 30th, 2024.
Please submit a photo of your child’s 8″ x 11″ art piece, either through the link below or by emailing socialmedia@homesbyavi.com, no later than 11:59 pm on Sunday, June 30th.
The winner will announced on July 3rd.
The contest is open to all kids 12 years old and younger. Alberta Residents Only.
