Welcome to Homes by Avi’s 27th Dream Home, located in Calgary’s first-ever farm-to-table community – Rangeview Section 23.
One of the unique features of the 2023 Dream Home is the 3-Season room off the front of the house, which offers extended living space for the whole family. This space allows you to be outside for nearly the entire year, mitigating concerns for bugs, wind or rain. This feature also allows you to get an early start on planting and enjoy your plants much later in the fall.

Dream Home Artist!
McKenna Prather’s unique style of using acrylic paints with hand-stitched embroidery threads paired with her subject matter featuring animals, plants, landscapes, portraits, and still-life objects will further elevate the enchantment of this year’s Dream Home.
Look for her artwork to also be displayed at the Western Showcase of the 2023 Calgary Stampede.
The Interior
As you step inside, you’ll notice the bright space with lots of natural light. The 10-foot ceiling on the main floor gives the home an open and airy feeling.
