• Construction Updates

January 2026:

This January, our team is planning significant progress throughout the building. Early in the month, work will focus on Level 14 slab activities, continued window installations through Levels 8–10, and steady advancement of priming, taping, boarding, and painting efforts on Levels 2 and 3. Rough-ins for electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and spray foam will continue across Levels 5–8, along with framing, inspections, and insulation activities on Levels 4 through 7. We also expect to complete elevator divider beams, mechanical room housekeeping pads, and begin HVAC and steel stud work on the upper floors.

Later in the month, we plan to fly in rooftop mechanical units, continue window installations at Level 10, and advance interior finishes such as millwork, doors, casing, and painting, particularly on Level 2. Boarding, taping, rough-ins, spray foam, and insulation will continue to progress steadily through Levels 4–9 as interior construction builds momentum. The following is an anticipated schedule only; unforeseen weather or field conditions may require adjustments to locations or dates. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation. 

Traffic & Access Update:
We’re also happy to share that all civil work is now complete, and no road closures are planned for January.
