Construction Updates
January 2025:
Regarding noise and vibrations, construction is conducted within the approved hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional work on Saturdays. Every effort is made to keep noise levels low and minimize any impact on the surrounding community, ensuring a peaceful environment for all.
In Weeks 1 and 2, excavation and construction of the base foundation will begin, along with the building and reinforcement of the tower crane base. Foundation walls will continue to be refined to support the building structure. In Weeks 3 and 4, work will focus on forming and pouring concrete for the foundation footings as excavation progresses.

Road Closure
18th Avenue between 1st and 2nd Street will be closed from 6:00 PM on Friday, January 24th, until end of day on Saturday, January 25th for the installation of a tower crane.
Traffic will be limited to local access only, with flaggers on-site to assist on Saturday. Thank you for your patience and support
From Saturday, January 25th through the end of the month, large truck deliveries may cause traffic delays throughout the day.
