Construction Updates
April 2025:
Exciting progress is underway at Sovereign on 17th as construction moves full speed ahead!
The foundation is set, and work on the underground parking levels is well underway, with major concrete pours completed and more on the way. Vertical walls and support columns are rising, adding strength and structure to the development.
Up next, crews will continue pouring concrete for upper parking levels and begin filling in and leveling the ground to prepare for the next stages.
With each milestone, we’re getting closer to completion, and we’re excited to keep you updated along the way. Stay tuned—your future home is coming to life!
Sovereign is not anticipating any road closures during the month of April. There will however be extended hours worked in the evenings for concrete pours. Extended hours noise permits will be obtained from the city before this work starts.
