The Savings
For example, when a $400k home sells on MLS, the total commission paid is $16,000, but if you utilize our Free-List Service, you will save $8,000.
Requirements
- You must have a firm sale on the purchase of a Homes by Avi home.
- The home to be listed must be located in Calgary and surrounding area.
- The name(s) on the title of the home you are listing must be the same as the name(s) on the home your are purchasing from Homes by Avi.
