Homes by Avi Breaks Ground on Autumn at University District

CALGARY, ALBERTA – On June 5th 2024, Avi Construction broke ground on Homes by Avi’s newest multifamily condominium development, Autumn at University District (U/D). See attached photos.

Autumn is a six-storey vibrant and chic residence comprised of 162 spacious studio, one and two bedroom homes and is conveniently situated above 23,000 square feet of main floor retail. Autumn is complemented by an owners’ terrace housing a BBQ area, ample outdoor gathering spaces and outdoor fire tables.
