At Homes by Avi, we believe every home should feel safe, and we’re taking every precaution to ensure that. We’ve been building homes for great people for more than 40 years, and while this year looks a little different, we’re committed to ensuring that your homebuying experience comes with all the excitement and comfort you deserve.

With the new restrictions in place, we are implementing a few new rules to make it safe for you to visit our show homes.

• Our show homes are open regular business hours, however, to be able to efficiently meet with you, please book an appointment prior to your arrival. If an appointment is not scheduled, you can still text or call the area manager, but they may be busy with other clients meaning you may have to wait. Contact information will be posted on the door of our sales centres.
  
  
• COVID questionnaires will be completed with all visitors to ensure the safety of our staff and other visitors. This is common practice across the province.
  
  
• As required province wide, masks are mandatory and must be worn by all staff and visitors.
  
  
• Please keep a physical distance of at least 2 meters wherever possible.
  
  
• There is a maximum of 2 visitors per appointment only. Please limit visitors to 1 household. The only exception is if you are working with a Realtor.
  

To further assist in your home search, we invite you to register in your community of interest where an area manager will contact you to schedule an individual appointment, or send you any of the home or community information you require.
