Six Stage Quality Control - Your Assurance of superior standards

Avi's unique Six Stage Quality Control Program ensures documented inspections throughout the construction of your new home. You'll find a sticker attached to the furnace plenum of each home that shows when and who checked: foundation, framing, drywall, finishing, painting and completed the final inspection. Each stage of the inspection is supported with detailed documentation on every item to ensure that the quality is maintained behind the walls of every new Homes by Avi home.

Construction Management - Unparalleled Attention to Detail

Homes by Avi ensures that every Superintendent, Manager and Supervisor are certified in International Residential Code (IRC). This high level of commitment to continuing education assures that your home recieves unparallel attention with construction techniques that meet or exceed the current requirements. 


Exclusive 1, 2 & 10 Year Warranty - What does this mean for you?

This special warranty covers all your home's systems through the first year. In the second year portions of the mechanical systems are covered. In addition, the Builders Warranty covers your home's structural component (foundation and frame) for a full ten years. Avi's got you covered.
