Question? Ask our Team
A: With over three decades of experience in the homebuilding industry, we have developed a six-step approach to our renovations projects: 1) One-stop shopping at our 6000 sq. ft. Design Centre, “Avi Definitions” 2) A 2 year warranty is our guarantee that we will do it right. 3) Clear and fair pricing. 4) A team of professionals to help you through the process. 5) Superior project management.
A: Many of our renovations customers have been accommodated in this request and were able to live in their home during their reno project. However, it will depend on the size and scope of your renovation. For example, most customers can continue living at home during a basement renovation but during certain phases of your reno you may be asked to leave your home (i.e. painting/fumes) for your own comfort.
A: Again this will depend on the size and scope of your project, but we will certainly give you an estimate prior to the start of your renovation. We will also have regular updates for you should the construction be moving quicker/slower than planned.
A: Most certainly! This is one of the pluses of working with an experienced homebuilder. We have a team of professionals including in-house designers and interior decorators. Our professionals will assist you through every step of the process from where to put walls, how to structure built-ins, to feature wall paint colors!
A: Every project is customized to your needs and therefore the scope and cost of each project will vary. We offer free consultations and estimates and clear and fair pricing to work within your budget.
A: As with any major project, we encourage you to do your homework. Consider the different renovators in the market and compare their history, accreditations and workmanship. We strongly recommend working with Renomark certified contractors. Try to obtain three to five quotes on your reno and consider and remember that pricing is only one consideration. Ask for references, or ask to visit one of their current projects under construction. Remember that your reno is at least a 3 month relationship, it’s important that you are comfortable with the people you are dealing with.
